Though I haven't posted here for all of a year and a half, I felt it best to return to educate the masses. If you've been sent here- Hello, it's Hannah! Y'know, that girl that Jake F's been spreading rumors about. 'But Hannah', I hear you cry, 'Why ever should we believe you over such a wholesome person as Jake F?'. Well, read on...

First, let's debunk this 'hate-site' thing.

Wikipedia (the ever reliable) says the following: 'A hate site is a website that promotes hatred. Typically, such a site will contain criticism of a specific race, religion, sexual behavior, or nationality.' The whole page can be found here.

Was what I did any of these things? No, it was the desperate rantings of a 13 y ear old who'd gotten to the end of her tether. And it most certainly wasn't a hate site. It served as a message. Was it harsh? Yes, I'm not denying that. But given that a 'go away' didn't seem to work on him, I thought a stronger message was needed to get through. Why didn't I email him? Y'know, I can't remember. It would have been less drama-y, I'll give you that. I was lazy, most likely. Still, not a hate site, definitely not.

No, I don't have any screen caps of it. But I can say as a fact that there were no death threats, no slurs to Jake's family, no death threats to Jake's family. Actually, Jake seems to claim that he has copies of this. Have you seen them? Well, if you're unsure, ask him for them. If he doesn't show you then, well, 'innocent until proven guilty' at the least. If you've not even seen this lot, don't be so quick to believe it.

Next, I present to you the correspondence between Jake's mother and I. I may screen cap these in the future, but for now, they're just copy&pasted from my Hotmail account (Email addresses left out, of course).

From Lynne Ford to me:

I HAVE ALSO PRINTED THIS OFF AND IT WILL BE TAKEN INTO SCHOOL, TO SHOW WHAT SORT OF THINGS THEIR PUPILS DO OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOURS.
JAKE IS REALLY SURPRISED YOU FEEL THIS WAY AS HE THOUGHT YOU WERE FRIENDS.
IF YOU SEND ANY MORE 'STUFF' LIKE THIS TO THE NETWORK, I WILL PERSONALLY COME TO SEE YOUR PARENTS.

Am I the only one who sees this as a little 'threatening'? And also *clap* such lovely typing, too. With all that 'caps lock' and the 'WILL BE DEALT WITH', it's such a good email to send to a 13 year old.

My reply:

Please be reasonable about this. First, I would like you to not send me 
threatening emails. I am 13, you are an adult, please act like one. Jake WAS 
being extremely annoying. I had to block him on my MSN and my email due to 
his constant badgering, which included constantly sending me links to 
obscene pictures of male genitalia. I'm sure he has shared these postings 
with you. Are you planning o forward them to the school?
 
  He was forever following me. And don't think that this is my first attempt 
to get him to leave me alone. On numerous ocasions, I have asked him to not 
walk with me or to go and sit on a different table from me. These didn't 
work, and I constantly felt like he was 'stalking' me to an extent. Also, 
please tell me that, if you had him come and sit next to you and then 
proceed to pick his nose and either eat the contents or wipe them under 
chairs and tables, you wouldn't find him revolting as well? Yes, I did say 
some rather over the top things (such as the funeral comment), and I 
apologise for that,  but I really felt like I was at the end of my tether. I 
felt that saying something like that would actually get through to Jake. 
Lastly, I will be deleting that post from LJ, as its purpose is now done.

P.S: Do you mind not writing in caps, it is rather threatening. Again I 
stress that I am only 13, yet you are an adult.


There you have it. I replied (With typos left in for posterity) in a mature and sensible manor. I stated the reasons why I did it and also apologized  for the meaner things I said. The funeral reference is to something along the lines of 'I wouldn't care if you died, nor would I attend your funeral. Harsh, yes, but the point is that I apologized.  I won't explain why I wrote it in the first place to a further extent, because it's covered in my email to Jake's mother.

However, after my apology and my reasons given, oughtn't this all be over? After a year and a half? Seems not. Jake seems to be telling anyone he can that I've been stalking him. Not only that, but that I'd made 'hate sites' about his friends and family, too.

He's also, as I've been told by many individual sources (And had confirmed by a close friend of his; one of the people he claimed I'd made a 'hate site' about, as it happens), been constructing an 'encyclopaedia' about me (I think you can guess the contents). Tell me, is this not exactly the sort of thing he accuses me of? I've also, in the past, received threats from his cousin about his (The 19 year old) sister.  Again, is this not exactly what he accuses me of doing?

So there you have it, the truth. I hope you're now 'enlightened', or whatever you wish to call it. Any objections? Well, I can certainly verify the emails. As for the post, I have no clue if copies exist. I'm sure the school has a copy of it, though, so if anymore of these 'death threats' 'slurs on family' rumors come about, I'll certainly be going to them about this. Do these sound like the actions of a guilty person?
